Training in a nutshell

I haven’t been on here in a while

but I’m still eating healthy and working out. It’s been 3 weeks since I started my journey to fitness again and I can see some progress. My stomach has decreased in size and I see some definition. All those reverse crunches are paying off. Also, my thighs are not a huge as they used to be. I’m so happy to be able to see the difference my hard work is making. In another week I’ll take a progress picture and do this every month to compare. I’ll probably post the pictures after a few months for everyine to see, too. I’m going to continue to stay motivated, work harder, and push myself.

When I go to turn it on it goes to the page and says starting windows and stays there. I’ve waited like 10 mins. It also sounds like it’s going to explode. So until I can fix it, I won’t be posting as much.

I did my usual workout that I’ve posted before only upped the reps. I also started the jack knife challenge.
